Pam Savejs

I have been in a real estate agent in CT since 1979. I'm now selling my past clients children their first home. I have bought, sold, invested in, flipped, renovated, and appraised real estate. I have also been an active licensed CT Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser since 1990. I am an extremely honest, detail-oriented person. I love helping buyers find their "dream" home. When I find the perfect home for my client I get the same excited feeling I got as a child Christmas morning when I first saw all the presents Santa left me under the Christmas tree. 

Pricing a home to sell is my expertise. I will also make recommendations that allow a seller to make the most money on the sale of their home in the shortest period of time, and will help you stage your home. I treat every client how I would like to be treated and exactly how I treat my children when they buy or sell a home. 

I recognize that buying or selling a home is a major event in ones life. I strive to make your home buying or selling as simple, satisfying, and as stress free as possible. I will be with you every step of the way- from the mortgage application to the home inspection to the closing table. My relationship with my clients doesn't end at the closing table.
